Ordering information

Dates & confirmation

All orders require at least three days’ notice. Submitting a request does not reserve your date. We’ll confirm availability, the final price and your collection or delivery time directly. Full payment secures your booking.

Collection & delivery

Collection is from Kilcunda by arrangement. Delivery is available within Bass Coast only, with a fee quoted based on distance. Collection details are provided when your order is confirmed.

Flavours & quantities

Choose Chocolate, Vanilla or Funfetti cake. Rose Ombré is available in sixes or dozens; floral, animal and custom cupcakes start at 12. Larger orders are available in multiples of 12. One cake flavour and filling choice per box; contact us for different combinations across a larger order.

Buttercream & colour

Rose Ombré and Piped Flowers use vanilla buttercream. Animal designs use vanilla; bear, dog and cat can also use chocolate. Custom designs and sheet cakes can use vanilla or chocolate, but coloured piping requires vanilla. Colours are mixed by hand and may vary slightly from reference images.

Ingredients & allergens

Our standard cakes contain wheat/gluten, milk and eggs. We do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free versions. Nutella contains hazelnuts, milk and soy. Biscoff contains wheat/gluten and soy; chocolate ganache contains milk and soy. Lemon curd contains egg, milk and sulphites from lemon juice. Other decorations may introduce additional allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you need ingredient information. Products are prepared in a shared kitchen.

Changes or cancellations

Contact info@petitecakeco.com.au as soon as possible to discuss changes or cancellation. Any applicable booking terms will be provided before payment.
